At Fit for Flight we took on the challenge of creating workouts with virtually no space to move in an app not depending on wi-fi connection. Doing the workouts in the app will help you arrive in better shape than when you boarded the plane. Functional exercises developed for 15 years of frequent flying to optimize your health and well-being. All for a fraction of the cost of your plane ticket.
